This Malvazija seeks admirer who understands that she won't get any better, but will enjoy the moment while there is still her time

It is golden in color with a sheen hinting at maturity. The nose offers aromas of candied orange peel, dried bread, a touch of coconut, and a hint of the sea, followed by acacia notes that clearly reveal the grape variety. The palate is lively, almost spirited. A subtle salinity is perceptible, the finish is long yet effortless. It presents itself beautifully and invites another sip.

It will pair well with mature prosciutto that isn't overly salty, aged hard cheeses, mildly sweet cakes like slightly bitter walnut roll, as well as fattier, well-seared steaks.
