Timorasso Derthona is a Burgundy-type white wine ready for consumption, but with an aging potential that is not expressed in months, but in years. It has a nice five to ten years ahead of it, during which it will show its complexity, refined notes of honey, beeswax and dried herbs, while maintaining its freshness and minerality. A bottle costs 32 euros. Piemonte Bianco also arrived from the Sassaia winery. It is a blend of the Timorasso, Cortese and Chardonnay varieties, which come from three different vineyards.
