I have been involved with Zagorje and wine for two years and realized that Zagorje is all about wine. Nowhere else do people live so much with wine and love it so much. That is how Zagorje wine (ZAGORje VINO) was created, said Radovan Marčić, the author of the new slogan for Hrvatsko Zagorje, which aims to point out the fact that nowhere else in Croatia are people as connected to wine as in Hrvatsko Zagorje.

Krapina-Zagorje County Prefect Željko Kolar announced that the slogan will be accompanied by a series of products such as branded bottles and glasses, ecological bags and T-shirts. The slogan was presented in Mirkovac in the municipality of Sveti Križ Začretje, at the Vitus Winery, known for growing indigenous Zagorje grape varieties such as Starohrvatska belina, Volovina reda, Modra kosovina and Svetokriška belina.
